Luxury Self Catering Holiday Apartment
 Riverside apartment is a self contained two bedroom apartment comprising of the whole of the ground floor. The first floor is for the owners use only. The house is detached but the grounds are shared with one other dwelling therefore an ample sized patio area to the front of the apartment is for you use only (garden furniture provided). From the patio you have the most beautiful views of the surrounding hills and the River Leven which flows from Lake Windermere at Newby Bridge.
Young children would require close supervision when outdoors. Newby Bridge, situated at the southern tip of Lake Windermere, makes an ideal base to visit local places ie. Holker Hall, The British Heritage Bobbin Museum and Lakeside to Haverthwaite Steam Railway. There are two excellent hotels close by, both serving meals.

Drying/airing cupboard with seperate heater. Hot water by Economy 7. There is a cloakroom and passageway leading to two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Bathroom with three-piece suite and shower over bath. Additional heating by convector heaters. Parking for two cars. This property has been very nicely refurbished for the coming season. Extra bed available if required.
